25+ Years of Clarity in a Complex Landscape.
Our Approach
MD+A Health Solutions is a boutique consulting firm with a full-time team and a trusted network of partners, including legal experts, digital health architects, and clinicians, that we draw upon as needed.
We partner with healthcare and public sector organizations to turn digital transformation into a powerful driver of their core priorities. We help leaders shape clear organizational and technology strategies, and support the selection, planning, and implementation of digital health solutions that fit their realities.
Our work centres on making information genuinely useful and trustworthy, by ensuring it is well protected, well governed, and well managed so it can confidently inform care, operations, policy, and planning. We also invest in strengthening internal capabilities so that improvements are sustained, not one-off.
Working in Canada and internationally, with deep experience in Latin America and the Caribbean, we reject one-size-fits-all approaches, instead taking the time to understand each organization’s context and co-design practical, achievable solutions that deliver real benefits for the people they serve.

We also bring access to a mature network of subject matter experts and health leaders across the system, enabling us to connect clients with additional perspectives and best practices.
-
Collaborative & Responsive
We take the time to understand the unique context of each client and customize our methods accordingly, rather than applying standard solutions.
